Here's my typical day

I check my email at about 10:00 after sending my daughter off to school to see what assignments I want to do for the day. I jot down my tasks and head out to go run errands with my 4 year old son.

My first assignment is at Gap. I head over to the mall and start flipping through the racks. As soon as I walk through the door an employee greets me and asks if he can help me find anything. I politely decline and make a mental note of his courtesy. I continue browsing the store and find a jacket that I like. I pick it up and act puzzled until another employee approaches me. Again, I make a mental note of the hospitality and ask them if they can help me find it in a different size. He turned out to be very helpful and I make my way to the checkout counter. When I get in line I glance at my watch and when I leave the store I check it again; 3 minutes, not bad, I make another mental note and I'm done! The assignment took 12 minutes and I made $15 plus I got a free jacket!

Next I head over to the local large chain retail store and check things out. I have $50 to spend, and I Love FREE Stuff!! I pick up some makeup, a book and a DVD for my son. Hey, I needed these things anyway, why not get them for FREE? Again, I check my watch when I get in line and when I get done with checkout. 7 minutes, a little long. On my way out the door the security guard is friendly and I make a mental note of that. When I get to the parking lot I see very few baskets scattered about and make another mental note. That's it! I'm done being a mystery shopper for the day so I head home. At home I fill out a quick form online that the company gives me, making sure to include all my "mental notes" and submit the form to the company, and they send me a check for my time and items purchased

Get Paid to Eat!
A few of the companies I work for have my local restaurants like Chilis, Outback, McDonald's and others as clients. I never miss these! I get a few assignments a week to go to these restaurants and have a FREE meal (usually for 2 people) . What can be better then a FREE meal? Getting paid $20 an hour to have a FREE meal!! Why would you ever pay for another meal again?

Companies value and need the opinions of real everyday customers. Think about it. When an employee sees "the boss" coming, they clean stuff up real quick pretend to be busy and helpful to everybody. The boss doesn't know what REALLY goes on at his business and how his employees really act. By using shoppers (like you & me), they get valuable insight into what is really going on and you get all the GREAT benefits of this "job!"

How else could you make $10, $20, $40, or even up to $90 for shopping from home, spending the day with your kids or friends, or eating a Free meal at a great restaurant?
